Welcome to Dermi. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dermi mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Dermi ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Dermi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subscription Summary. Dermi offers optional paid auto-renewing subscriptions ("Dermi Pro"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Account Settings.

By creating an account or using Dermi, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use Dermi under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Health & cosmetic disclaimer
Dermi provides cosmetic, educational, and informational guidance only. Dermi is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any skin disease or medical condition. Your Skin Score and product evaluation results are directional reads to help shape your personal skincare routine.
For any medical skin concerns, persistent rash, severe acne, or suspected skin conditions, you should always consult a licensed dermatologist or medical professional.
3. Subscriptions, auto-renewal & billing
Dermi may offer premium features, unlimited product scans, and advanced personalized insights via auto-renewing subscription plans ("Dermi Pro").
Billing & Payment
- Payment processing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Account upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscription periods: Dermi Pro subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual auto-renewing terms as displayed at purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that plan.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will receive reasonable advance notice of any price changes in accordance with App Store and Google Play rules.
4. Cancellation & refund policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid auto-renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends.
- iOS (Apple App Store): Open your iPhone Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > select Dermi Pro > tap Cancel Subscription.
- Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store app > tap your Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Dermi Pro > tap Cancel subscription.
Refunds
Payment processing and refunds are managed directly by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). Dermi does not directly process payments or issue refunds. To request a refund, please follow the refund process of the respective app store (e.g. reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support).
5. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or anonymous account) and for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Intellectual property & acceptable use
All software, branding, trademarks, algorithms, and content within Dermi are the property of Dermi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dermi and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App or services.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the App or on our website. Your continued use of Dermi following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
